Our current main Guildhall is: Warrior's Guildhall! Location: North of THAIS DP Size: 305sqm Beds: 11 What you can find inside: Bottom Floor: Reward Shrine, Beds for Offline Training. Ground Floor: Depot, Mailbox, Imbue Shrine, 2x Training Dummies. In mid march we had the option to choose any guildhall we wanted, as all the houses and guildhalls reset due to the merge. Krisph created a poll for bald dwarfs on discord so people could vote for the guildhall they like. Warrior's guildhall won with 37% of the votes, slightly more than Dark Mansion. Many guildmembers helped Krisph by donating gold towards the bid. We ended up autowinning it by paying 100kk, we moved in to the guildhall 27th April 2018. The biggest guildhall for the biggest guild on Fidera. This guildhall had an amazing size of 749sqm. We bought this guildhall from WLS (Wandering Lost Souls) in mid february 2018 for 14kk. We had this guildhall at the same time as our Yalahar GH. Unfortunately we were only able to live in this guildhall for two months due to Fidera merging with Magera and Veludera, 19th April 2018. Halls of Serenity, a guildhall that was at the north-west part of Yalahar. We paid 0gp on auction for this guildhall & we moved into it late 2017. It had tons of rooms, beds and even a swimmingpool located at the basement! We lost this guildhall when Cipsoft merged Fidera together with Magera and Veludera, 19th April 2018. Golden Axe (Venore) - This guildhall was Just east of the soft boot guy in venore. In the basement we had our headquarters room. Food on the table & endless flowing beer and wine from our wooden kegs. Nearby was an ornate bedroom that anyone was free to use which was very handy after the unlimited free beer. On the main floor people sometimes left letters on the floor, basic messages about this and that. Sometimes even loot was thrown there since some bald dwarfs divided loot there. Up the ladder to the top floor we had our weaponry, armory, depot and some rooms that was out for rent. This guildhall was not too flashy, but it got the job done. Suntower (Carlin) - through January 2013. We moved the guild here because several of the vices wanted to move the guild hall to something IN a town, not a long way away. And you know, they were right. We used to call it the Carlin Suntower Casino and Speakeasy, and we visited the guild hall a lot more compared to the primitive days in Seawatch and Fibula. As you know, Carlin has alcohol prohibition. But I was able to make a special arrangement with Bambi and some of the other Carlin guards. I provided them with certain unmentionable services, and they looked the other way when we had drunken rotworm wrestling races in the streets. Suntower has a built-in 'store' at the front, so for many months the guild hall invite list was set to * and only certain rooms or areas were off-limits to outsiders. We had a few such drunk races and dice throwing nights, administered from behind the bar. Seawatch in Northport (Carlin). That was the guild hall when I (Biffmarty) took leadership of the Bald Dwarfs in January 2011, if memory serves. We killed a lot of chickens when we went there, and we used the explorer society teleport to commute to Port Hope. Rulijul , Punt and Rhysypie all had houses in Port Hope. Before that it was Red Rose on Fibula island. That's a nice big guild hall. We had it decorated to the maximum degree for Christmas 2010. It was fun having our own private hunting area (Fibula Dungeon). The mailbox at Red Rose does not require any quest to use so we had a bunch of parcels and labels, People could hunt minotaurs and dragons below and mail the loot to themselves after. And before that, it was Carlin Moonkeep. That was the guild hall when I, Biffmarty joined the Bald Dwarfs. That's where I established the complimentary fishing supplies box. All the Bald Dwarfs guild halls have had a container full of worms and poles, with blank runes and plain spears. This gear is just to use burning time, obviously. Soon after, we set up an armory of sorts, a room with free used equipment. Some times the doors were closed, other times open. But this has been a staple characteristic of our guild halls. Bald Dwarfs hospitality has its limits, but for the most part, we welcome all the guests that see fit to join us. |
